JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the immediate supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer, the Information Technology Officer II shall administer, maintain, manage the Cash Grants and Payroll Systems, Business Intelligence (BI), and other financial systems of the Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Section;
2. Design, develop, implement, and maintain Cash Grants Systems;
3. Administer, manage, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) and related Grants Payroll and Payment systems of 4Ps;
4. Produce required reports and dashboard;
5. Install/rebuild existing BI and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, etc. in accordance with the standards and project/operational requirements;
6. Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures;
7. Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for BI administration task;
8. Create, change and delete user account per request;
9. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity, and availability of all BI and related systems, and key processes, reviewing and application logs, verifying completion of scheduled;
10. Conduct training of users for developed systems;
11. Draft/Review/Provide inputs/comments in the revision/updating of guidelines, policies and manuals relative to system analysis, design and development;
12. Execute Change Request (CRF);
13. Provide technical support to Grants Division operations;
14. Prepare internal/external reportorial requirements relative to grants systems;
15. Manage activities and documents (meetings, communications, collaboration sessions, etc.)
16. Resolve / Respond to issues and concerns relative to Cash Grants Systems;
17. Participate in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the Division’s/Section’s targets and performance according to agreed indicators and measures; and
18. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisors.
