JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Development Officer III will report under the Information Officer IV of Capacity Building and Communications Section (CBCS). The PDO III will be responsible for performing tasks related to capacity building, learning development, social marketing, and knowledge management.

Functions and Responsibilities:

Capacity Building

1. Develop and design capacity building and learning development assessment tools.

2. Write capacity building and learning development assessment and evaluation report.

3. Write training and learning modules for the program’s stakeholders.

4. Implement and facilitate capacity building and learning development interventions.

Social Marketing

1. Develop Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials for livelihood advocacies.

2. Assist in creation and development of training, advocacy, and communications plan.

3. Write press release, articles, speeches, and other write-up related to social marketing.

Knowledge Management

1.  Ensure the implementation of the knowledge cycle within the organization.

2. Conduct knowledge sharing sessions (KSS), brown bag session, and others. Manage the archiving of the knowledge products.

8. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license (if applicable); and 

9. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable (For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required).
