JOB DESCRIPTION
Functions and Responsibilities:
The Project Development Officer III (ISO and ARTU focal) acts as bureau-level Lead Secretariat for the International Organization for the Standardization (ISO) and Secretariat for Anti-Red Tape Unit (ARTU).
1. Participate in meetings, conferences, orientations, and other EODB-related activities of DSWD-CART and Oversight Agencies;
2. Provide technical assistance in the conduct of process review, re-engineering, continual improvement, and other EODB-related activities of the office;
3. Facilitate communication and collaboration among offices/personnel to ensure the proper dissemination of information, updates, and feedback;
4. Monitor compliance of PMB with EODB-related reports and deliverables as indicated in the CART National Calendar;
5. Attends Technical Working Group (TWG), inter-bureau meetings and/or acts as a focal person on the designated program;
6. Utilize ARTA and CART Compliance Tools and Reports in developing ARTA/CART compliance reports; and
7. Perform other related tasks as assigned by the TASS Head and/or the Bureau Director
Job Outputs:
1. Develop and comply with the Anti-Red Tape Status Updates Report;
2. Generate and Consolidate Quarterly and Annual Client Satisfaction Measurement Report (CSMR);
3. Develop and comply with PMB Process Results Reports (Modified Form A)
4. Update/maintain the PMB’s Citizen’s Charter (CC) and Certificate of Compliance (CoC)
5. Develop Quarterly and Annual Produce Zero Backlog Report (ZBP)
6. Develop Annual Awards and Recognitions Report
7. Develop, Process, and Comply with the Whole of Government (WOG) Reengineering Plan

9. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.
