JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision of the Division Chief, the position serves as Unit Head and provides high level technical support and assists in supervising division/unit staff. Assist in ensuring formulation of operational plans and budget, delivery of division outputs and targets including implementation, monitoring and evaluation, technical assistance, capacity building, policy development, and other related activities. Analyzes trends, environment and program updates to identify strategies to address major challenges ensuring partnership contributes to program and beneficiary needs. Establishes, manages, and develops strategic partnership with various stakeholders to achieve division and program targets and commitments. Acts as officer-in-charge and representative of the division in the absence/ instruction of the PDO V ensuring day to day operations including timely delivery of quality outputs and resolution of issues raised with completed staff work and does other related work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Develops, reviews, provide inputs on policy documents, project/ activity proposals, documentations, division work and financial plans, partnership reports, communications, correspondences,
2. Oversees the planning, coordination and implementation of partnership activities and projects;
3. Supervises day to day operations specifically in delivering timely and quality outputs anchored on Program Goals, Directives, Thrust and Priorities, Division strategic plans with completed staff work;
4. Establishes, manages, and develops strategic partnership with various stakeholders;
5. Ensures the CSW and technical secretariat support for functional partnership platforms and other inter-agency Technical Working Group;
6. Analyzes trends, environment and program updates to identify strategies to address major challenges ensuring partnership contributes to program and beneficiary needs;
7. Monitors project and activity implementation and meeting agreements until resolution and completion;
8. Prepares regular reports and timely updates with recommendations;
9. Provides technical assistance and submits necessary reports;
10. Represents the division in meetings, workshops, conferences and other activities when applicable; and
11. Performs other tasks assigned by the National Program Director/Manager or Division Head.

8. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license (if applicable); and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.

(i) For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required.
