JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Project Development Officer V, provides technical and logistical support to the Partnership Focals by crafting simple communications and documents, generating and analyzing Partnership monitoring data; preparing communications to provide program updates and respond to queries and issues raised; monitoring communications, documents, deliverables and instructions; managing partnership database; ensuring that the partnership management staff work is completed and does related work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.Ensures that the technical and logistical support needs of the Partnership Focal or Unit are met, particularly during Partnership meetings and activities;
2.Ensures that consolidated monitoring databases based on Field Office and Partner reports are updated, complete and accurate;
3.Assists in the review, analysis and consolidation of partnership reports/data;
4.Drafts and submits summary of agreements and minutes of meetings;
5.Coordinates with internal and external units/stakeholders on simple issues/ concerns for clarification and confirmation;
6.Prepares communications addressed to field offices, other units within the department and external parties;
7.Prepares reports which aid in analyzing partnership data and contribute to identifying trends and strategies for action;
8.Assists in the preparations of reports, documents, briefers and presentations materials for Pantawid partnership activities;
9.Provides inputs on resolutions, issues and concerns, proposed policies, guidelines;
10.Monitors division/unit communication, documents, instructions and deliverables;
11.Represents the division in meetings, workshops, conferences and other activities when applicable; and
12.Performs other tasks assigned by the Division Head.

4.Monitoring reports for the assigned regions/ focus areas
5.Draft Minutes of meeting and Summary of Agreements

9.Other output assigned by the Division Chief

8.Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, if applicable.
Note: For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from public sectors, latest and duly approved Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) is required.
