JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure and monitors all BDM processes in their respective regional assignments.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.Monitors and coordinates with the regional counterparts relative to registration and updating and data management;
2.Facilitates request from the assigned field offices for the delisting and reinstatement of household beneficiaries from/in the program;
3.Monitors pre-registration, registration proper and post-registration activities of household beneficiaries in the database and in the assigned field offices;
4.Provides technical assistance to the assigned field offices related to registration, updating, and data management;
5.Consolidates and analyzes field reports on household registration and updating of the assigned field offices;
6.Performs data quality check on the data of registered household beneficiaries and approved update transactions in the database;
7.Recommends resolutions to issues/problems related to registration, updating and data management;
8.Provides inputs on the proposed policies, guidelines and systems enhancements related to registration, updating and data management;
9.Provides timely reports on registration, updating, and data management with analysis and recommendation to the PDO III, IV, and V;
10.Endorses data for further validation of their assigned field offices;
11.Conducts random accuracy checks on the database and data entry application; and
12.Prepares communications and coordinates with IMB, assigned field offices, Pantawid Divisions and other offices for the resolution of issues and concerns related to BDM processes.
Job Outputs:
1.Semestral Monitoring Report (assigned Field Office)
2.Periodic List and Summary thru email to assigned Field Office
3.Technical Assistance report and its update
4.Technical Plan for technical assistance to be conducted
5.Feedback reports for all the meetings, the trainings and the like that was attended
6.Confirmation reports to assigned Field Offices

Initial Shortlisting:
