At least four (4) years’ experience in projects where the applicant performed any of the following functions: Supervisor, Project management, Information Systems management

JOB DESCRIPTION
Functions as the Division Chief of the Compliance Verification Division (CVD). Directs, administers and manages day to day operations of the division. Accomplishes division objectives by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work progress.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.Develops and presents for approval division’s annual work and financial plan;
2.Reviews and provides recommendations regarding personnel management functions, e.g., transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, recruitment and selection, performance management;
3.Disseminates communications to assigned personnel regarding directives, general orders, special orders, and standard operating procedures; ensures implementation of and adherence to all directives, general orders, special orders, and standard operating procedures;
4.Ensures professional development of employees within the division;
5.Develops plans, coordinates and executes division activities and projects;
6.Ensures that the technical assistance needs of the regions are met, particularly during the critical Compliance Verification process;
7.Ensures that proposed and drafted Compliance Verification guidelines and system enhancements are consistent and does not conflict with current policies;
8.Acts as a resource person in activities wherein competence and expertise in Compliance Verification is needed;
9.Coordinates with other units to ensure that current Compliance Verification timeline progress is still on track and facilitates adjustment of timeline when necessary;
10.Recognizes hazardous, discouraging and stress-inducing elements in the division and formulates strategies on how to address them;
11.Coordinates with other units on issues that are brought to the division for appropriate action;
12.Prepares communications addressed to field offices, other units within the department and external parties;
13.Represents the division in meetings, workshops, conferences and other activities when applicable; and
14.Performs other tasks assigned by the National Program Director/Manager or Division Head.

10. Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID /proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC renewal license; and
11. Performance Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or any of its equivalent, if applicable.
