This role will serve on the team of strategic contract partners to the service provider (Sabre Hospitality Solutions), with a focus on new product offerings and seasonal Consortia/Business Travel business units, and will have the following responsibilities: + Interprets unique business needs and translates them into clear and concise contract language and business system requirements + Collaborates with the Sales organization and other functional teams to support the negotiation and signature of customer agreements + Supports closing a variety of deals utilizing internal systems designed to ensure strict compliance with business and legal requirements + Acts as a liaison between the Sales team, and Sabre's in-house counsel, including responding to post-signature contract questions or coordinating escalation to attorneys for contract interpretation + Provides broad based legal support services to management and in-house counsel in the form of coordinating and conducting legal research and aiding internal systems support and maintenance + Works with contracts team members and other stakeholders to implement new agreements and strategic corporate programs + This role reports directly to the Manager of Commercial Contracts, Sabre Hospitality Solutions. **Job Requirements** Education: Bachelor's degree, professional degree or equivalent.
