Control Account Manager for Quality & Mission Success (Level 3)
**Description:** Control Account Manager \(CAM\)\. \- Effectively manage control account performance and elevate concerns and issues where appropriate to leadership and program management, including other impacted CAMs\. \- Oversee the planning and implementation of the budget resource loading within the Contract period of performance and track the current progress along with tracking the Forecast Accuracy from start through completion\. \- Help identify risks and opportunities to the Risk & Opportunity Control Board and implement approved mitigation plans\. \- Conduct closed loop corrective action to include thorough variance analysis, monitoring of cost/schedule mitigation activities, and corrective action adjustment as necessary\. \- Provide timely and accurate insight to key program impacts or opportunities to leadership and Program Management\. \- Complete all earned value management \(EVM\) assigned duties to include work authorization requests, estimate at complete review, schedule status, variance reporting, and comprehensive estimates at complete\. **What’s In It For You: 3 day weekends every weekend\!** From onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security, Learn more about Lockheed Martin’s comprehensive benefits package here\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\. **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
