This position is responsible for providing control account management oversight within the C-130J Integrated Logistics team for Air Mobility & Maritime Missions (AMMM) Sustainment Operations. This position will manage the control accounts assigned to the AMMM Change Process Management and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources functions. The selected candidate will be responsible for authoring sustainment requirements for proposals (Basis of Estimates), performing variance analyses and ensuring all control accounts are on schedule and on budget, and supporting the Change Request Control Board (CRSB) meetings as the AMMM Sustainment Operations Change Management Integrated Product Team (IPT) delegate. The selected candidate will effectively deal with abstract issues and develop solid plans and communication strategies to effectively respond to internal or external customers. This position will require face to face meetings with peers and LM senior leadership.

The candidate will ensure that technical content contained in executive-level briefings, presentations, and correspondence is up to date in support of program actions. This position requires a highly motivated, detail oriented, individual with the ability to follow through on both internal and external commitments.

Previous Cost/Control Account Management, Accounting, Scheduling, and/or Finance experience

Experience working with cross functional teams

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
