The incumbent will be responsible for handling of Process automation and upgradations.Job Description
Process Design and Optimization:
Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance production efficiency and quality.Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.Maintenance of injectable equipment and automation activities.Project Management:
Lead automation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions.Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support for automated systems and resolve any issues that arise.Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of automation systems.Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all automation processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Maintain detailed documentation of processes, changes, and improvements.Training and Development:
Train staff on new automation technologies and processes.Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance team skills.Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation or Electrical related field).Experience:
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in process automation, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in automation technologies and software (e.g., PLC, SCADA, DCS).Strong understanding of process control systems and instrumentation.Calibration and automation expertise.Handling of Automation projects and upgradationsAnalytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze complex processes and develop effective automation solutions.Strong troubleshooting skills to address technical issues promptly.Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Regulatory Knowledge:
