Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Scheduler located in Guadalajara Norte.

Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the Master Scheduler’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

Responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.Create daily production schedulesSupervise that deadlines are met.Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilizationLiaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand managementWork closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtimeEnsure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materialsExperience in metal mechanical industry (desirable).

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Intermediate EnglishTypically requires a bachelor’s degree.Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilizationWork closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issuesProvide training to staff members as requiredReport key metrics as required.
