Full time employee and contracting positions will be available for a planned start date from April 2025 to June 2025. AccountabilitiesContinuously assess proper operation of the wind farm power controller and report detected malfunctionsMake manual interventions to keep the wind farm assets in compliance with the grid code in the event of wind farm power controller failure.Place and remove individual turbines from the wind farm power controller system as required for works onsite.Respond to substation (ONCS and OFCS) alarms including relay tripping of circuit breakers.Prepare switching programs for the first energisation of different assets in the Project (and any following energisation processes).To ensure that first energisation is carried out in accordance with country legislation.Perform planned, reactive and emergency switching on substation assets by following approved switching programs and Switching Schedules.Continuous remote monitoring of IAC Distributed Temperature Sensing (DTS) system and any ancillary systems (ONCS, OFCS).Confirm full availability of SCADA communication and checks and monitoring of any Insulating Gas Density Dependant (IGDD) isolations at the start of morning shift.Prepare daily availability report in accordance with Employer provided WTG Availability Report template and distribute among the relevant Employer stakeholders (day).Attend the daily Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) meeting for planning next day’s work activities, ensure there are no conflicting activities on locations and agree on planned works. Control room attendee(s) (preferably the Electrical Work Coordination Service) to highlight any potential issues from a safety from the system perspective and inform the Project of any Safety Rules Connection Certificate (SRCC) that are planned to be enacted the following day.Confirm all night shift documentation and control consent have been agreed.Send out the team-work planning to the SAPs/APs updated mail group so all members who are on shift the following day are aware of each other’s whereabouts (day). Filling the planning is the responsibility of the duty SAP or Control Engineer in their absence.Ensure checklist is complete for the day and that all work requests and emails are read, filed and actioned.Anything deemed not completed should be noted (day).Confirm consent for turbine pauses overnight at start of night shift. No turbine should be paused without prior consent.Confirm full availability of SCADA communication at start of night shift.Update daily availability report and distribute among the relevant Employer stakeholders (night).Manage any outage requests and include planned outages into the planning as relevant. Details of the requested outages should be collated and ready for the weekly outage meeting.Ensure team-work planning reflects the rota which matches against the team shift planner (night).Ensure checklist is complete for the day and that all work requests and emails are read, filed and actioned. Anything deemed not completed should be noted (night).Create daily alarms reports (information retrieved from the SCADA systems) and distribute them to the Project stakeholders when and as instructed by the Employer, including an analysis of all the alarms detected/activated and any faulty/abnormal conditions observed in any system.Alarms acknowledgement in the SCADA Systems, including planning and carrying out any required analysis/investigation of potential faults.
