We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reporting associate to join our Control Management team. As a Control Management Senior Associate within our Control Management team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting us by providing insightful data analysis and creating compelling presentations that clearly articulate key messages with supporting information. You will have the opportunity to leverage your strong background in data analytics, visualization, and presentation creation, using tools such as Alteryx and Tableau to promote our business-related programs and strategies.

Job responsibilities

Develop and deliver high-quality presentations that effectively communicate complex data insights and key messages to stakeholders. Analyze large and interconnected datasets to support business-related programs and strategies, leveraging tools like Alteryx for data processing and analysis. Create data visualizations using Tableau to present data in a clear and actionable manner. Collaborate with the Control Management team to support the development of an enhanced control framework and continuous risk assessment approach. Assist in the preparation of control committee materials and provide regular updates to management on the control environment. Support strategic projects, process enhancements, and control initiatives by providing data-driven insights and analysis. 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced skills in Alteryx and Tableau. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets and extract meaningful insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and impactful presentations.

3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role, preferably within financial services
