Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems to ensure the safety of hotel guests, staff, and assets.Review CCTV footage to detect suspicious activities, threats, or security breaches, and report incidents accurately.Maintain surveillance equipment through routine checks and coordinate repairs with the engineering team.Collaborate with hotel departments and authorities (Civil Defense, Police, Ambulance) during emergencies such as evacuations, medical incidents, or fires.Assist with emergency response, guiding evacuation and responders while supporting crisis management efforts.Safeguard recorded data, ensuring secure storage and access per hotel policies and Dubai regulations.Provide real-time communication to the security team during critical incidents, ensuring effective escalation.Stay updated on new security technologies and procedures to enhance surveillance and emergency responses.
