Apply now and join our team in Melbourne, Australia! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Provide timely response to customer requests for service and ensures timely execution of planned maintenance activities + Co-ordinate contract personnel on site where appropriate + Provide phone support for Emerson clients + Undertake or raise technical investigations in response to customer requirements + Develop and compile high quality technical investigation reports + Provide technical advice to customers, arranging follow-up on more difficult matters + To work on larger Control System implementation projects if required + Deliver system and software upgrades and configuration often on site with our existing clients. + Provide support to other Emerson service branches as required + Use Service Management Office (SMO) operating procedures and templates or Project Management Office (PMO) for applicable work scope. + Updating technical knowhow about product lines through own initiatives and company sponsored training. + To maintain appropriate documentation for all service or project related tasks and submit in timely manner. **Who You Are:** You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and quickly and significantly act in a constantly evolving and unexpected situation. You seamlessly adapt style to fit the specific needs of others.
