Control Systems Lead – Pearl 10X & Product Line EVHMU

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Control Systems Lead, to join the Mission Critical & Health Monitoring delivery team, based in Bristol.
As a Control Systems Lead, you will act as the primary interface to both the Programme and Customer.
You will be accountable for the technical delivery of the EVHMU (Engine Vibration & Health Monitoring Unit) solution for the Falcon 10X aircraft, ensuring that the deliveries from yours and other teams (Systems, Software, Security, Electronics, Digital) are integrated together to meet the customer (both internal and external) requirements.
Also, you will directly lead the team of integrators and product owners responsible for the EVHMU product line solutions used across multiple aircraft applications, affording you influence over the future product and technology strategies and allowing you to play an important role in improving the way we develop and deliver Health Monitoring systems.

What you will be doing
With this attractive opportunity, you will get a chance to use your systems engineering expertise to capture stakeholder requirements, transforming these into verified and certified solutions.
You will also:
Project manage and integrate the work of a range of teams (including software development) to deliver a functional Health Monitoring Unit.
Use a detailed understanding of the applicable standards for Aerospace Systems and Software development (e.g. ARP4754 and DO178) to efficiently deliver high quality solutions across a range of assurance levels.
Provide input to and influence product strategies, technology and capability road maps.
Provide people leadership for a small team of integration engineers.
