Job Summary
This position will provide project support to the Plant Engineering staff and to all CCM manufacturing sites. This individual will routinely assess, monitor, and enhance the maintenance performance at each plant via project related interaction or designated periodic tasks. Technical assistance will be manifested with the refinement and optimization of manufacturing equipment/facilities through improved and more consistent application of best maintenance practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Standardizes preventive and predictive maintenance programs and practices at all CCM manufacturing operations. Institutes preventive/predictive maintenance programs. Conducts equipment installation coordination/supervision associated with department project assignments. Monitors significant plant downtime events and provide or coordinate assistance as necessary. Processes and production equipment troubleshooting. Participates in ongoing routine dialog with maintenance personnel at the respective CCM manufacturing facilities. Other responsibilities as needed and assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:
Effective written and verbal communication. In depth knowledge of cost control and procurement processes. Knowledge of construction principles. Knowledge of general engineering principles. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls fundamentals. Knowledge of process automation fundamentals and associated programming principles.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Technology discipline. One to three years of plant maintenance responsibilities with emphasis on preventive programs and major maintenance project planning and implementation.Equipment Used:
Standard office equipment.Working Conditions:
Office environment. Substantial field exposure. Noise level may be high at times. Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Overtime and other shift work as required.Travel Requirement:
