Summary: Seeking a Controls Technician specializing in robotics and automation control with experience in troubleshooting, programming, and repair of electrical controls and robotic systems.

Job Requirements:

Experience with ABB (S4C & IRC5 Controllers) and Motoman (NX100, DX100, & DX200 Controllers) robots

Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs using RSLogix 500 and Studio 5000 programming software

Knowledge of Siemens PLCs with Step 7 programming software

Proficiency with Allen Bradley Power Flex and Indramat drives

Understanding of communication protocols including EtherNet/IP and Profibus

Experience with MIG and resistance welding

Preferred Skills:

Minimal experience with Fanuc and Kuka robots

Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, drives, communications, plant power, wiring circuits, robot paths, etc.

Use laptop/software programs to communicate with equipment

Make programming changes to PLCs, HMIs, and robots

Assist technical services in machine repair, changeover, setup, and operation as required

Pay Details: $28.00 to $36.00 per hour
