We’re looking for a Control Tower Logistics Supervisor to join our newly established team in Valls. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for managing spot shipments across Europe (road, air, sea, rail) and leading a team of 3 analysts supporting Lear’s Seating division and other European plants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate spot shipments across multiple transport modes (road, air, sea, rail)
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods across Europe
• Supervise and support a team of 3 analysts
• Monitor team KPIs and drive performance improvements
• Train analysts on tools, processes, and optimal routing
• Act as the main point of contact for carriers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Resolve transport-related issues and prevent shipment delays
• Maintain shipment records and ensure proper documentation
• Analyze transport performance and suggest process optimizations
• Audit and validate transport invoices
Requirements:
• Degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in English (Spanish and other languages are a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding; Control Tower experience is a strong plus
• Knowledge of all transport modes (road, air, sea, rail)
• Proven experience in team leadership or supervision within a logistics or transport environment
• Familiarity with Traffic Management Systems (TMS)
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook
