Summary: Seeking a Control Valve Technician experienced in Fisher Valves, Valv-Tech, or Masonnelin valves for maintenance and repair tasks.

Job Requirements:

Experience with Fisher Valves, Valv-Tech, or Masonnelin valves.

Ability to tear down, troubleshoot, repair, and work on actuators and DVCs.

Level II or III technician experience (Emerson, Fisher, ValvSource, TEAM).

Preferred Skills:

No experience from Setpoint.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot valves and electric actuators (480v).

Assemble new or repaired equipment.

Document repair activities including cause of failure and actions taken.

Communicate with customers for technical assistance and troubleshooting.

Participate in field and shop service calls.

Disassemble parts for cleanup and evaluation.

Develop parts list for repairs.

Perform sandblasting and painting as needed.

Coordinate repairs based on customer requirements.

Fill out comprehensive repair reports.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
