The Control Waivers & Dispensations Lead is a Senior Vice-President accountable for managing and executing a key process within Citi's Enterprise Third-Party Management (TPM) Program. This role owns and leads the process for the submission, review, and disposition of dispensation and waiver requests for individual relationship-level controls triggered by Citi's third-party risk assessment process. It requires an understanding of the different components of Citi's TPM Program, specifically the controls triggered to mitigate relationship risks, and it requires regular engagement with the control owners as well as the many business teams that own the relationships. Excellent communication skills are required in order to directly support these businesses, often engaging at a senior level. In addition to running this current process consistent with efficiency and risk-management goals, the incumbent will also be expected to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and risk reductions.
