Duties Include: * Controller will prepare and present accurate financial statements, Month-end, budgets, reports, and forecast * Onboarding new clients * Working with multiple subsidiaries * Oversee the general accounting functions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and financial reporting * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, GAAP, and other relevant regulations * As a Controller, you will conduct financial analyses and lead annual budget process to support strategic decision making * Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team fostering professional development * Work closely with other departments to provide financial guidance and support for operational decisions
