Description We are looking for a Controller to join one of our nationally recognized, growing clients in the West Metro. This leadership position oversees critical accounting and financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and payment processes, while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. If interested or you would like to have a private conversation about this opportunity, please reach out on LinkedIn @ Jordan Docken Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the construction industry. • Strong expertise in project accounting and financial forecasting. • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop accounting teams. • Proficiency in managing accounts receivable, payable, and variance analysis. • Solid understanding of tax compliance and regulatory requirements. • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on risk assessment and contract evaluation. • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with project teams and stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA certification is preferred.
