We are currently seeking a dedicated Controller to join our esteemed team.\n

Position Overview:\n

As a Controller at Coilcraft's global headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in our Accounting Department, reporting directly to the Director of Accounting. You will collaborate with domestic and international teams to manage global consolidations, financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting policy development. Your expertise will also be crucial in supporting external tax preparation and engaging with various departments within the organization.\n

Responsibilities:\n\nManage and coordinate global consolidations and financial reporting efforts.\nManage the global annual YE audit cycle in collaboration with domestic and international teams.\nDevelop and implement global internal controls and accounting policies.\nSupport external tax preparation efforts as required.\nCollaborate with Internal Cost Accounting Functions when necessary.\nEngage and support other departments and functions within the organization.\nUndertake various Ad Hoc projects as needed to support organizational goals.\n\n

Requirements:\n\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA Preferred.\n4+ years of Public Accounting experience preferred.\nStrong knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with IFRS.\nExperience working with multiple entity structures, preferably in a multi-national company.\nExperience with multi-currency accounting is advantageous.\nThis role may involve light travel, both domestic and international.\nExposure to corporate tax is a plus.\n\n
