Summary: Reporting to the Monogram Controller, the Martinic Controller is responsible for leading the Finance organization at the Tolleson, AZ location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ownership of the monthly financial closing, forecast and annual budget processes. Ensure site-wide compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements, and coordinate with auditors. Responsible for integrity of monthly, quarterly and annual government returns. Provide insightful financial information to the Director of Operations and wider management team to support decision making. Preparation of monthly business review reporting package. Line manager responsibility for the Staff Accountant. Successful integration and maintenance of AP and AR with Shared Services.
