Payrate starting at 95K/year, full time, exempt.  Hours: Monday- Friday 8am- 3:30pm with flexibility.    Qualifications: + Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration required. Four (4) years accounting/auditing experience required. Under the guidance of the CFO, the Controller is responsible for oversight and analysis of the finance department operational activities and financial data. With a wide degree of latitude and independence, personally handles and/or oversees a wide range of operations of the finance department, including preparing and analyzing various financial statements and reports and associated reporting requirements. Also is responsible for numerous aspects of internal and external audits as well as day-to-day operations within the finance department. The Controller reports to the CFO and provides supervision and guidance to finance staff as required. They will guide finance staff in problem resolution within the department, will be available to answer questions raised by the staff and will maintain a good working relationship with employees of Programs throughout the agency and the NYSARC Corporation. They are required to maintain on-going relationships with New York State rate-setting and other financial oversight offices.
