Title: Controller Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Remote) Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 A small Accounting Firm is looking for a Controller to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to, bank reconciliations, payroll, HR duties, financial reporting and much more! Description: • Oversee all accounting operations including management reporting and operational expense controls directly reporting to CFO of organization. • Leads and supervises all accounting operations for month-end, quarterly and year-end close process. • Oversees cash flow and treasury management. • Oversight of bank account reconciliation activity • Utilized Microsoft Excel in the preparation of all financial reports, cost reports, and budget variance/analysis reports. • Possible outsourced accounting and financial reporting projects for clients • Primarily Responsible for Accounts Payable processing • Assured integrity of financial data & adequate controls of the companies' assets. • Drives expense control and process improvement to assist with efficient operations and production. • Special projects at the direction of CFO. • Administer Employee Benefit Plans • Processing Bimonthly payroll Additional Skills & Qualifications: o Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred o Experience working as a controller for a small service based company (Law firm, public accounting, engineering etc.) o Experience with QuickBooks Benefits: + Great benefits package + Work life balance + Clear career growth path ***INTERVIEWS HAPPENING THIS WEEK*** This position is moving extremely fast as this is an urgent need for the client.
