Description We are working with a great company in Toledo that is offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller to join the team. This role is critical in driving our financial strategy and ensuring the efficient management of our resources. As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounting and budgeting. • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and growth. • Comply with financial regulations and standards to maintain corporate integrity. • Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize liquidity. • Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • This role is handling the day-to-day accounting functions Interested? Apply today Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Controller role or similar position • Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Strong familiarity and experience with Accounting Functions • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Proven track record in Auditing • Experience in Budget Processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • CPA certification is a plus • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
