Job Description
Seeking a meticulous and strategic Controller to oversee our financial operations. The successful candidate will publish timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP, handle all financial audits, and calculate variances from the budget to report significant issues to the management team. You will maintain a robust system of controls over accounting transactions and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Additionally, you will contribute to the production of the annual budget and forecasts, supervise the accounting staff, and ensure timely transactions in accounts payable and receivable. Your role will also involve monitoring 401k transactions, managing customer credit limits, providing financial analyses for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations, as well as recommending benchmarks for measuring company operations' performance.
