Job Description
We are partnering with a leading local agricultural company to hire a Controller. This role involves hands-on leadership and oversight of a multi-entity accounting department. Reporting directly to the Director of Accounting and Finance, the Controller will work closely with the Assistant Controller and Division Managers to ensure accurate and timely reporting of accounting records.
•\tDaily maintenance of accounting records to ensure accuracy.
•\tManagement and oversight of accounting sub department as assigned.
•\tSupervision of direct reports (as assigned) to ensure efficient operation of their departments and their staff.
•\tAssist in the preparation of budgetary and transactional accounting reports as needed by both Executive and Division management.
•\tSupport month-end and year-end close processes.
•\tAssist in financial audits.
•\tCompletion of special projects as assigned.
