Controller – Colorado Springs, CO.
The Controller will drive and grow business value, by setting and achieving financial and strategic targets for three sites across the country. As a Controller you will also be an active participant in our Finance Business Group to ensure financially sound decision making
Your role:
Develop and maintain financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the factory. which includes leading the financial planning processes (SPoR, AOP, FC, LV) in full alignment of S&OP. Drive the financial performance reviews (MPR) with the factory management team, ISC and business to review financial performance, identify trends, and develop corrective actions as needed.Drive financial performance towards benchmark levels in terms of Delivery, Quality, Productivity and Costs.Quarterly FCP (Financial Cost Planning) update and cost management to deliver cost improvement year over year.Ensure compliance with internal controls (ICS / SoX), company policies, and external regulations (IFRS / local), ensuring fiscal compliance by driving correctness in transfer pricing and counterclaim process.Troubleshooter for P2P process to ensure timely payment and avoid shipholds / linedowns.You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 8+ years of overall experience working in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Accounting in a manufacturing / plant environment with at least 2 direct reports.You have BA degree or relevant degree in finance/economics is required, MBA is highly preferredYou are a results-driven professional with excellent problem-solving skills, sound business decision-making skills, able to simultaneously manage multiple priorities strong while maintaining a high inter-personal skills.Advanced understanding of financial systems such as SAP MCP, SAP cubes, EFR and Microsoft ExcelYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position is in the state of Colorado is of $98,700 to $169,200 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
