Description Well established manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Controller to add to their team. This Controller will work directly with the President of the company to ensure projects stay under budget, accuracy of billing and overall timely and accurate job costing and financial reporting. This is a very hands on role that will be involved in all areas of accounting for the organization. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of manufacturing experience as well as knowledge of raw materials and cost. Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Controller position or similar role • Proficient in managing Raw Materials and Raw Material Inventory • Demonstrated ability in Budgeting and Budgeting - Forecasting • Expertise in Cash Flow Management • Experience with Bank Reconciliations • Ability to conduct Annual Inventory • Knowledge of Job Costing • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • CPA or CMA certification is preferred • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities • Proficient in financial software and office productivity software.
