ControllerResponsibilities: + Oversee month-end close through balance sheet reconciliations and preparation of consolidated financial statements for the CFO’s review. + Manage annual tax compliance and tax provision preparation. + Act as a liaison for external audits and complete audited financial statements and support for calendar year-end. + Prepare and present periodic MIS reports for internal departments. + Assist and support in periodic TTB – DSP reporting and tax filings. + Lead accounting projects requiring judgment and knowledge of US GAAP. + Lead P&L modeling to determine project-based gross margin profitability. + Support requests from the local entity and various stakeholders throughout the organization. + Support FP&A in the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes. + Establish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes, and data, enhancing the company’s value. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + 3-4 years of experience in a large regional accounting firm or at least 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in a full-cycle accounting function. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $135000.00 Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, FSACoverage is effective on the first of the month following date of hire.
