Description We are in search of a Controller for our client's team located in Fort Worth, Texas, 76106, United States. As a Controller, your role will be pivotal in managing our financial operations, ensuring our accounting practices align with industry standards, and utilizing various software tools to streamline processes. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the organization. • Handle the processing and management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). • Regularly audit financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy. • Use CRM and Accounting Software Systems to maintain and update financial records. • Implement the use of 3M and ADP - Financial Services for efficient business operations. • Prepare and monitor the company's budget processes. • Identify and implement strategies to improve financial processes and procedures. • Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data. • Address and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues promptly. Requirements • Holder of a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related fields. • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. • Comprehensive understanding of all accounting functions. • Proven experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). • Ability to conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy. • Extensive knowledge of budget processes and budget management. • Strong job cost and inventory accounting experience required • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation would be an advantage.
