Description We are looking for an Accounting/HR Manager in Columbia, South Carolina. This role is pivotal in the company's growth, with responsibilities spanning across accounting functions, recruitment, employee training, and client interaction. Responsibilities: • Take charge of day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable and Receivable • Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees • Facilitate employee training and ensure all team members complete necessary training • Meet with clients to discuss and address their needs • Collaborate in developing and implementing company culture and structure • Monitor client accounts and address any issues promptly • Transition from an outsourced accountant to an in-house role Requirements • Extensive knowledge and experience in performing Accounting Functions • Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP) • Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) • Experience in utilizing QuickBooks for accounting purposes Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
