Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Controller at our manufacturing facility located in San Antonio, Texas. The Controller will be an integral part of our team, overseeing the processing of customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving any customer inquiries. They will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable • Utilize accounting software systems such as 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports for efficient operation • Ensure accurate processing and recording of company's transactions, including auditing and budget processes • Monitor customer credit applications and maintain accurate records • Resolve any customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner • Conduct annual audits in collaboration with external audit firms • Maintain an effective relationship with the team, promoting a proactive and supportive work environment • Utilize accounting tools like MRP or ERP systems for efficient financial management • Use Flocast for keeping track of work benches and more • Work closely with the CEO to drive the company's financial strategy and planning.
