Beacon Hill is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controller on behalf of our client.

This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, a proven ability to manage a team, and a dedication to financial accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle accounting processOversee and mentor a team of direct reportsEnsure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closingsPrepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsManage cash flow and treasury functions, including bank reconciliations and cash forecastingOversee and improve accounting processes and internal controlsAssist with budgeting and forecasting activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCertified Public Accountant (CPA) requiredMinimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including experience managing a teamExperience in healthcare accounting is highly preferred
