Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Controller to oversee the financial operations of our manufacturing organization's multiple units. The Group Controller will play a pivotal role in strategies that maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and forecast future trends. Responsibilities: + Oversee the consolidation of financial data for multiple business units. + Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards. + Implement and streamline consistent accounting processes across multiple locations. + Report key findings and trends to management team and recommend actions. + Oversee the budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow for administration, existing programs, and proposed new sites. + Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner. + Coordinate and lead the annual audit processes. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. + A minimum of 10 years of accounting and financial management experience within the manufacturing industry. + Experience in overseeing financial operations, including designing finance functions, budgeting, forecasting. + Proven knowledge of ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Excel. + CPA designation is a plus + Exceptional leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
