Oversees the activity in the Accounting Department (Accounts Payable/Payroll/Accounting/Budget/Analysis/Statistical Data/Government and Financial Reporting), the Materials Management Department (Purchasing/Contracting/Receiving/Warehousing/Distribution), and Print Shop
