About the Role
In the role as Team Member of Engineering Controlling you are coordinating and steering global R&D related controlling topics with global Automotive scope. Your focus is on process and project related tasks with global scope.
Together with your team members, you are in supporting to centralize and harmonize processes and approaches globally. Beside of this you are helping to bring more efficiency and more automation into the current setup. In your daily business, you are supporting R&D Controlling with needed deliveries.

3 years’ operational Controlling experienceAt minimum a Bachelor's degree in economicsExpert knowledge in data flow managementAdvanced experience in steering subjects/projects independentlyExpert knowledge in data flow managementAdvanced experience in steering subjects/projects independentlyProficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)Good financial modeling and analytical skills and aptitude for complex problem solving, including data analysis, and validationAbility to exercise independent judgment, and ability to identify and improve processes;Accounting knowledgeExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with various levels within the organization including senior leadershipMust possess strong interpersonal skillsAlready experiences with Controlling projectsWhat is Nice to Have
