Job Description Bookkeeping & Payroll:  QuickBooks: manage QuickBooks entries and process payroll (QuickBooks Desktop experience Preferred)  Process Payments: print checks and process credit card payments for all approved invoices  Check Register: update digital check register and credit card reconciliation document with all transactions  Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. Cash Flow Management:  Monitor and manage cash flow.  Deposit checks received and record in digital check register.  Prepare and submit construction draw requests to clients and/or lender. Taxes:  Process monthly payroll taxes (941).  Review all company financials at year end.  Create tax documents (W2, K1, 1099) and enter into TurboTax.  File franchise tax returns.  Process all owner tax returns We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
