Description Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled Interim Controller for a one-year consulting engagement with a mid-sized client undergoing a critical transformation. The organization is standing up Oracle Fusion to stabilize systems and processes, manage data conversion, and ensure the appropriate allocation and capitalization of assets. This position is a unique opportunity to work on a high-visibility project, leveraging your senior financial expertise and leadership skills to make a significant impact during a pivotal time.
Position Overview
The Interim Controller will play a key role in the successful implementation and stabilization of Oracle Fusion within the organization. This leader will oversee core financial accounting functions while managing data cleansing, enrichment, and conversion related to fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and general ledger. A collaborative and technically astute finance professional, the ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise, Oracle Fusion capabilities, and a strong understanding of complex financial systems.

Requirements • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Strong skills in Auditing processes and procedures
• Demonstrated competence in Billing Functions
• Familiarity with Coupa for business spend management
• Experience with Oracle Fusion for financial management
• Proficiency in using Oracle Fusion HCM for human capital management
• Expertise in Fixed Asset Accounting procedures
• Ability to effectively manage Cash Management activities
• Proficiency in managing the General Ledger
• Strong understanding of Costing in the manufacturing industry
• Demonstrated skills in Project Management within a manufacturing setting
