Description One of our growing clients in the West Metro is seeking a skilled Controller to join its management team. This critical role oversees financial operations, provides strategic financial direction, and ensures compliance with corporate standards. The Controller will play a key role in driving site performance through accurate financial reporting, analysis, and operational support. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting and finance professional with a commitment to operational excellence and strategic problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • Applicants must have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. • A robust understanding and practical experience in Corporate Accounting is essential. • Candidates should possess a relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Demonstrated expertise in financial management and reporting is required. • Demonstrable experience in budget forecasting and financial analysis is necessary. • Proficiency in using financial software and advanced Excel skills is mandatory. • Applicants should have a solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations is necessary. • Detail oriented certification such as CFA/CPA is desirable. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills are required. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed. • Applicants should have the ability to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used. • A solid understanding of data analysis, risk management, and forecasting is essential.
