Description We are looking to onboard a Controller at our ALLENTOWN, Pennsylvania location. This role is integral to our financial planning and reporting, cash management, and compliance activities. The Controller will be providing strategic recommendations to facilitate our growth plans and ensuring our company meets all financial and grant requirements. Responsibilities: • Lead in the analysis of the financial performance of the organization's operations • Develop and implement strategic plans to support short and intermediate-term growth • Oversee cash management activities and ensure compliance with financial regulations • Collaborate with the Finance Manager in overseeing the accounting function • Work in tandem with the HR Manager in managing HR and payroll functions • Use Microsoft Excel for financial planning and reporting tasks • Apply skills in budgeting and forecasting to aid in financial planning • Utilize financial analysis skills to assess the financial health of the organization • Engage in strategic planning activities to support business growth • Uphold financial management practices to ensure the financial stability of the organization.
