Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller with an Agriculture based company in the Stanislaus County. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team • Work closely with the ownership • Liaise effectively with banks to ensure smooth financial operations • Manage all period closes in a timely manner • Oversee treasury and cash flow operations • Develop and manage budgets • Maintain strong organization across all tasks • Collaborate with an external CPA for additional financial insight and expertise • Identify potential problems early and determine effective solutions • Manage fluctuations in team size during peak seasons and off-peak periods Requirements • Possession of advanced knowledge in 3M. • Proficiency in using various Accounting Software Systems. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services. • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. • Proficiency in Crystal Reports. • Strong understanding of various Accounting Functions. • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP). • Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR). • In-depth experience in Auditing. • Knowledge of Budget Processes in an agricultural setting.
