Description We are in search of an interim Controller to join our team in FRANKLIN, Indiana. The job function involves overseeing the financial tasks of the company, including managing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and general business operations. The role also involves working with real estate rental properties and handling related tasks such as dealing with tenants and leases. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the financial dealings of multiple companies. • Generate regular financial reports. • Handle the accounts payable and receivable. • Conduct cost analysis reports, monitor specific organization costs, and create budgets. • Track expenses, budgets, taxes, cash flow, and receipts. • Involve in property management accounting including dealing with tenants, leases, and other tasks related to real estate rental properties. • Utilize QuickBooks for financial management. • Oversee general business operations and management.
