Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted financial advisor to executive leadership, delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Spearhead financial planning and performance optimization across the organization.

Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, maintaining robust internal controls to mitigate risks of misstatements, fraud, or audit issues.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial projection efforts.

Continuously monitor financial performance against budgets/forecasts and implement improvements.

Manage inventory accounting, focusing on E&O inventory and reserve calculations.

Develop and execute cost-saving strategies to enhance gross margins and reduce expenses.

Provide analytical support for business growth and strategic initiatives.

Direct financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.

Collaborate across teams to identify opportunities and address challenges.

Build and automate a management dashboard for streamlined reporting.
