Prepare accurate and timely financial reports highlighting key findings for our Special Original Equipment & Aftermarket divisions (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly, management board presentations, different financial analysis, etc);Identify trends and provide insightful recommendations for optimizing performance;Drive process improvements and implement best practices to streamline financial operations;Prepare Budget & Forecast consolidated reports & management board presentation for all business division companies;Support HQ in monthly closing topics (Turnover & EBIT analyses, cost center analyses, hourly rate analyses, customer; bonus/commissions, license payments and external services, other ad hoc reports);Contributes in the development of standard/ special financial reports;Close collaboration with project managers related to SOE specific projects (tracking, maintaining and reporting on costs, SEK, OOE, quality KPIs, D&D, etc).
