In Diabetes Care, we’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. As the Controller, you´ll contribute to the preparation of financial plans and mid-term reviews for Brazil of ADC business, as well as analyze the monthly results to monitor and control the business performance. Prepare all necessary reports and analysis in the period of closures. Support the commercial, marketing, and market access areas to prepare financial analysis of future business opportunities, new projects and other analysis. Ensure Division margin optimizing expenses and looking for savings.. **What You’ll Do** > Deliver comprehensive financial planning services for the ADC division in alignment with global and local policies, methodologies, and criteria, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data for P&L and B&S (rLBE, PLN, and OEM). This includes: + Conducting BUM forecast analysis by examining historical data, LDS, and market trends + Collaborating on S&OP initiatives + Developing pricing strategies + Identifying opportunities for gross margin improvement + Managing costs + Evaluating division performance > Oversee the financial planning approval process at various levels, providing support and analysis to ensure compliance with approved plans. > Partner with the General Manager and commercial team to analyze product trends, profitability, and contribution, and recommend strategies for optimizing results and facilitating strategic decision-making. > Support the launch of new products by working with the commercial team to assess market trends, profitability, and contract agreements. > Control trade transactions related to commercial agreements with the 6 key CGM partners representing a revenue of US$ 53MM (trade investments, CRM, e-commerce, digital and rebates). > Develop financial tools to support better commercial decisions for CGM and BGM (Power BI Dashboard, business simulators and ROI tools for Marketing). > Manage monthly and year end close processes and report to LATAM region. Adhering to local accounting policies and standards to ensure accurate financial submissions. > Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities for strategic solutions within the business. > Assume a leadership role in finance, implementing initiatives that drive sustainable growth and providing guidance, feedback, and training to FTEs, contractors, and interns. Foster effective relationships and share best practices. > Monitor commercial and financial performance, comparing planned and actual results, and collaborate with the General Manager to propose business cases for growth and optimization. > Provide leadership and supervision for finance functions, ensuring compliance, controllership, and documentation for future audits, contributing to the development and implementation of short, medium, and long-term goals and strategies. > Validate management reports for the headquarters, including sales, costs, expenses, inventory reconciliation, and financial planning, adhering to established deadlines and maintaining data integrity. > Ensure compliance with administrative and financial policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with global and local regulations and respond to requests for information from international and local audits. > Coordinate general administrative processes for the divisions, including system management and negotiations with vendors. > Enable control of purchase orders, billing processes, and monitoring the entire process until product and/or equipment delivery to the customer. > Monitor and analyze incentive criteria for the sales force and perform calculations as needed. **Qualifications** + Bachelor Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting or related areas. MBA is highly desirable + Minimum of 5/10 years of experience in controllership, financial planning or related areas, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. + Knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for financial analysis and reporting. + Fluent English, both verbal and written. + Advanced knowledge of excel and other office programs.
